The Annex is 2000 sq. ft. of space perfect for a variety of film productions located in a prime area of Mid-city LA. Our Annex features 1920s vintage walls with aged windows, doors, welded iron security bars and textured paint. One full wall of distressed black brick with exposed piping and two back-lit, wood-plank walls. Also includes an overhead grid, AC, Wi-fi, access to green room, three bathrooms and an outdoor vine covered courtyard. There is ground floor load in through a roll up door facing the street.
