Our Annex features 1920s vintage walls with aged windows, doors, welded iron security bars and textured paint. One full wall of distressed black brick with exposed piping and two back-lit, wood-plank walls. Also includes an overhead grid, AC, Wi-fi, access to green room, three bathrooms and an outdoor vine covered courtyard. There is ground floor load in through a roll up door facing the street.
