A private luxury dungeon and production studio featuring three immersive sets under one roof—ideal for film, photography, music videos, fashion/editorial shoots, boudoir, Halloween and horror productions, and creative content. FIFTY SHADES OF RED ROOM — A dramatic red dungeon set featuring custom Metalbound BDSM furniture, St. Andrew’s Cross, spanking bench, bondage furniture, restraints and a signature red rhinestone swing. RED LIGHT DISTRICT OF THE 305 — An Old Hollywood-inspired set featuring Amsterdam-style peekaboo glass, a custom white pole, transparent platform, leather sling, whirlpool/steam-shower setting and a vintage Marge Carson Dupioni silk sofa. MEDICAL / ASYLUM CLINIC — A specialty medical environment ideal for horror, Halloween, psychological thriller, asylum and experimental productions. This unique location has hosted television, film, music-video and professional content productions, including Love & Hip Hop Miami Season 5 and TeamSkeet productions featuring Freya Von Doom. Three dramatically different looks give productions the ability to create multiple scenes without changing locations. Props and specialty equipment may be available upon request.
