Half a block from Mosswood Park, multiple hospitals, restaurants, & bars. Walking distance from train station, bus-lines and readily available taxis. This listing features 2 for one deal!! The Edwardian duplex apartment features 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom with a welcoming environment. It has a beautiful dark hardwood flooring and a white wall. The charming cottage in the back of the duplex was built in the 80s. Cottage features blue and yellow walls with a spacious outdoor deck. The combined properties are perfect for production, filming, movies, meetings, and any other activities! There is a basement under the duplex that can be used upon request. We use it to store items. You get 3 for one with this listing. However, you are welcome to book just one property at a time for a reduced booking fee. Duplex Apartment: $150/hour booking fee and $150 cleaning fee Cottage: $150/hour booking fee and $150 cleaning fee (Contact us for separate booking) Cleaning fee for combined booking is $300. If the units require a deeper cleaning, we will assess additional fees. Each property has access to one off-street parking. See pic. When booked together, you may use both parking spots including the driveway leading up to the parking spots.     What a charming spot in a such a cool little neighborhood! We did a photo shoot using both the house and cottage. The living room had huge windows which let in lots of natural light. The cottage in the back has some cool accent walls (one room blue, one yellow) which helped give our background some pop. There's also a pretty wall of green vines outside which was another cool spot to shoot in front of. We then used the location as a jumping off point to shoot at the park a block over. There's some huge trees over there! We had a last-minute cancellation of our booking at another venue, so were left scrambling to find a place, since we'd already booked the photographer. Luckily, Riza accommodated our request and was super willing to work with us. Thank you so much!
