About the Space
Luxurious large view home in a private setting just minutes from downtown Seattle on the top of Queen Ann Hill. To the left of the dramatic two story entry is a large living room with gas fireplace and large video screen; to the right is the dining room that seats up to 10 for meals or meetings. French doors connect the dining room with a private outdoor patio and additional seating. The granite and stainless kitchen has a gas appliances and an adjoining outdoor gas grill. Also on the main floor are the guest bedroom, ultra modern bath, library/den with additional seating, and a western view covered lanai. Upstairs is the enormous master suite and office which is open to the entry below. Access to the entry is via a paved lighted incline path/ramp without stairs.
