Sunnybrook House is located on 28 acres with large lawns and wooded areas. There is a creek and large swimming pond plus a large pond in the woods for ice skating. The house built in the Civil War 1865 is natural wood-sided with numerous picture windows, 5 bedrooms, and two sofa beds one in front of the fireplace and one in the office overlooking the terrace gardens and large gaming lawn. It has been updated over the years with an open kitchen with all the modern conveniences. It is very artistic and quaint with a country ambiance. Lots of hiking trails and hidden nooks and crannies.
