Welcome to Studio 901, an 1150 sqft space perfect for dance, yoga and fitness, minutes walk from Rosedale Station. **Please note that there is a sound restriction between 11am - 7pm Mondays to Saturdays. Music with loud bass or heavy stomping is not permitted.** KEY AMENITIES • Spacious Layout: Enjoy 750 sq ft of open floor space + 400 sq ft amenities with wood flooring, ideal for movement-based activities like dance, yoga, fitness, etc. • Mirrored Wall: A mirrored wall spans one side of the studio, perfect for dance rehearsals and performance preparation. • Natural Lighting: Bright natural light streams in from one side, with optional draping curtains. • Kitchenette: For food preparation if needed. • HVAC: Commercial Grade Cooling and Heating Systems • Changing Rooms and Two Washrooms (gender-specific) • Tall Ceilings: 12 ft ceiling height PERFECT FOR - Content creation and social media shoots - Photography sessions - Dance rehearsals - Private fitness training - Creative meetings

I booked this space for a solo practice day. It's not my first time booking this place, but it was my first time under the new ownership and making this rental was a breeze. Leading up to the day, there was clear communication and instructions on how to find the place, check in out and out. The space was very clean and exactly as it looks in the photos. I honestly don't have any complaints and next time I have some free time and want a studio space to practice in, I'll definitely consider booking again!
