Sunniland is the perfect environment for outdoor activities and events - whether it is a wedding, a yoga retreat, an anniversary/birthday party or a movie filming - we have the space available and we will accommodate for your needs. Our ranch has a private one mile long grass airstrip, a spacious hanger with aircrafts, helicopters/gyrocopters, paramotors and a team of pilots available to fly. We have a lovely mini zoo with emus, horses, cows, chickens, peacocks, bulls, donkeys, rabbits, cats and more. Our fields are great for a variety of activities; we have a 4000 square foot house, a charming tree house, RV's, Jacuzzi, fire pit, brick wood pizza oven, a nine hole golf course, soccer and volleyball fields, pond for fishing, stables, a large greenhouse with thousands of plants, eight hookups for RV's and an electric car charging station. We currently host airshow events 4 times a year and welcome hundreds of pilots coming from different states and occasionally from other countries as well. Sunniland Ranch Airport is a perfect combination of tranquility and movement; here you can capture magical moments like a new calf being born or watch our pilots fill the sky with their colorful parachutes, airplanes, and more. You can play golf and watch a beautiful sunset, or get your favorite band to set up in the hangar for a private concert. This place is truly magical, because you do get what you wish for.
