Built in the 1930's this unique light drenched industrial space once housed a plaster factory. With breathtaking 20' ceilings you can get the New York Tribeca loft look, right in the heart of Los Angeles's Frogtown / Elysian Park Neighborhood.

I was disappointed with my experience with Stephen. In the beginning, he was very quick in responding to my inquiries up to the point of our booking. We had to change our date due to our lead talent getting sick and I sent a request directly to him to confirm availability on a new date. He took a few days and seemed to ignore my follow-up messages. By the time he responded, the cancellation policy kicked in and he refused to work with me, keeping the entire rental fee. Perhaps it was a coincidence but it seemed sketchy on his part. We will be looking elsewhere for the new date, needless to say.

Stephen was incredibly accommodating to our production - the space is BEAUTIFUL and is pictured accurately. I would highly recommend it to anyone considering filming here as it has great character and amazing natural light.
