About the Space
Come tour the space before booking! Modern minimalist loft in an early 1900s built building featuring soaring ceilings and 10-foot windows. Concrete floors and high-end modern furnishings throughout including a beautiful fire pit on the NY style balcony make this space perfect for photo and video shoots of all kinds. The large windows offer an unobstructed skyline view of Pershing Square and DTLA's financial district to the west and a glimpse of the beautiful historic core to the east. All the furniture -- including the patio decor -- can be moved and manipulated so long as it is put back by the production crew. The unit has a full bathroom and a full kitchen. Bountiful cheap parking nearby including lots across the street and underground parking at Pershing Square. Booked hours must include load-in/load-out, set up, and tear-down. __________ General Rules & Best Practices: Insurance requirement -- insurance is automatically included with all bookings In unit amenities available include fridge, microwave, stove, and oven. Furniture includes 5 chairs, a bench, a desk, a couch, and a bed. Pets are allowed but please let me know ahead of time. Child-talent is allowed. Furniture/wall art movement is allowed but crew is required to put it back at the end of the day. Drones are allowed, subject to FAA regulations. Noise restrictions -- this is an apartment building. Blasting music is prohibited, must remain low or at lounge level. Outside Noise -- please be aware that generally there is some street noise that bleeds through even when windows are closed.

This is an amazing STUDIO. The light is fantastic and the balcony is one of a kind. Jonathan is super easy to work with and very flexible with changes in bookings. I would definitely shoot here again.

Jonathan was incredibly accommodating. Gave us the utmost freedom with his space yet still remained on hand at all times to help out in anyway he could. Would absolutely be back to use his space again. The space it self is beautiful with lots of natural light and wonderful camera friendly features and Jonathan was more than happy for us to make it our own in anyway that suits our needs. The perfect host!
