Beautiful spacious mid-century modern home featuring incredible architecture with specialty hand-selected furniture and art throughout the home sits on nearly a full acre that overlooks a creek. This is a residential area, it has a large parking lot for 4-6 cars. Grocery stores are 5 minutes away, restaurants, cafes and bars are also close by and only a few minutes away. 10 minutes from downtown Franklin Street. The house has several fireplaces.
