About the Space

Our three bed two bath suburban Claremont house sits on the corner lot, elevated from the street with a front and back yard. Constructed in the 1950s, and part of a quiet cul-de-sac, our house has curb appeal, trees, natural lighting and a large sliding glass door from our living room to our patio and back yard. There is a detached garage. Windows were upgraded six+ years ago, as was the landscaping, and our main bathroom. We recently painted the kitchen, entryway, hallway and living room. Part of the backyard has grass, with a sitting area adjacent to the garage. There are five trees in the back, and one in the front. There is a covered patio in the back, and a small quaint front porch. Located on a cul-de-sac with ample all hours parking. Several minutes south of the 210 freeway, and just south of Foothill Blvd. A very lightly trafficked street that is quiet most of the day.
