Welcome to our newly renovated 750 sqft studio space, located in the heart of Downtown Las Vegas. This stylish setting offers a versatile environment perfect for a variety of uses, including photo shoots, workspace, meetings, gallery shows, and private events. The studio features a modern loft-style vibe with acid-washed clear-coated cement floors, white walls, and black-out curtains, creating the perfect backdrop for your creative projects. The brand new kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave, and disposal, providing convenience for your guests. For photography enthusiasts, we offer three 8.5' x 10' backdrops in white, black, and green, along with two 33' umbrella reflectors, 24W LED bulbs with 5700K, and light holders with E26 sockets for adjustable lighting setups. Additionally, a ring light with a fully adjustable phone holder is available for capturing the perfect shot. The recently renovated bathroom boasts a new toilet and a large marble sink, adding to the comfort and functionality of the space.
