Large rooms, high ceilings, beautiful details, huge kitchen, lots of interesting props, finished basement with separate bathroom for clients/video village, high-speed WiFi, Italian espresso machine, 200 amp electric & and natural daylight. Easygoing owner who works in production makes it super-easy to shoot here. Only 20 minutes from Midtown. The home has been featured in numerous commercials, PSA's and documentary shoots. **Please note that the rate listed is for small-scale still photography shoots. The rates vary according to the size & scope of each production. Film & video shoots (as opposed to still photography) incur an additional $200/hour fee. We had such a wonderful stay at the farmhouse! It was clean, bright, and well-appointed with great taste all around. Glenn was very responsive, checking in to see if we had any issues along the way. We also appreciated their list of local restaurants and things to do. The house itself is a 1856 farmhouse, and while it is painstakingly restored to that era, it felt very comfortable for us modern travelers. We would love to stay again! Five stars all the way!

Shooting at Glenn's location was amazing and seamless. Glenn is awesome and his house has a great look so we were already off to a great start, but then we met his super friendly and chill dog Milo which made it even better. Glenn answered all my questions before we even booked and when we were there he was close by in case anything came up while shooting.
