Classic American Cape Cod style home with "ginormous" backyard designed like a 5 star contemporary hotel. Home is located on the largest lot on historic, production-friendly 6200 block of Orion Avenue, frequently called "Ozzie & Harriet street". Front of home presents as anywhere in America and any time period. Interior of home recently remodeled and expanded. Expansive backyard features huge outdoor room with large screen TV, ceiling fan, concrete-poured built in BBQ and service bar, dining room and lounge area. Outdoor room spills down two steps to large bluestone deck leading to sparkling rectangular Pebble-Tech pool and jacuzzi. Beyond the pool sits a 450 sq ft. guest house with full bathroom and wraparound deck and an outdoor sunken fire pit and water wall that seats up to 10 people. Behind the water wall, discover a 30' x 60' artificial turf field with soccer goals and volleyball net.

This house is gorgeous inside and out; endless possibilities for multiple looks. Owners are the kindest, nicest, most film-friendly you can imagine. NG for shooting sound as the airport is close. Shuttle in location.
