About the Space

Complete high end million dollar designer home photoshoot-worthy layout and classic room designs. The house has a large outdoor entertaining area as well as an open floor plan with chef's kitchen. Huge primary bedroom, office and 3 children’s rooms. PARKING There is plenty of street parking on the surrounding streets. HOURS Set up and clean up must be included in the time booked. Clean up must be complete within booking time. RULES: NOISE LEVEL Because this venue is in a residential neighborhood, we must be respectful to our neighbors. Extremely loud noise is not permitted, and we ask that all amplification be turned off or minimized after 5PM. TRASH All trash must be removed after the event/shoot and taken offsite. FURNITURE Furniture may be moved, but please ask our permission first. If furniture/household items are moved (as agreed upon in advance), they must be returned to original spot during wrap. SMOKING No smoking indoors or outdoors. No exceptions. FOOD/BEVERAGES No underage drinking will be tolerated. Food and beverages should remain on exterior property unless arranged differently in advance. No adult filming or photoshoots.
