Our space is perfect for hosting a wide range of events and gatherings, boasting a beautiful large second floor flooded with natural lighting, a large kitchen, multiple outdoor patios, and multiple living rooms. The spacious area provides enough room for guests to mingle, dance, and engage in activities, making it ideal for both intimate gatherings and larger-scale events. In addition to the main event space, we also offer amenities such as comfortable seating and a well-equipped kitchen, allowing for seamless event coordination and catering arrangements. Our house is situated just a block away from the picturesque Santa Monica / Venice beach, and a block away from Main St in the other direction. There are a host of LA-esteemed restaurants (Manchego, Cobi's, Little Prince), bars (Jamesons, June Shine), and clubs (Victorian) within a minute walking.
