The Gourmet Kitchen and Prep Kitchen, with their sophisticated color palette, are a testament to our attention to detail, providing a warm and inviting environment compared to the typical impersonal white and marble expanses. Immerse yourself in the breathtaking waterfront views with Northern exposure, bathing the space in natural sunlight. The studio boasts 14-foot ceilings, 200 amp service, HVAC cooling and heating, and state-of-the-art finishes throughout, ensuring a comfortable and fully equipped work environment for everyone involved. Whether you're in the Gourmet Kitchen, Prep Kitchen, or the Client Lounge - designed for relaxation and quick communication during the shoot - you'll be surrounded by an inspiring and creative ambiance. The Loft is available for Events, Meetings and Photoshoots/Film shoots.
