This stunning private residence is the ideal location filming. Architecturally award winning contemporary home has professionally designed modern interiors with 14 foot ceilings, large windows, and natural lighting. Spacious rooms, clean lines, and a variety of settings allow flexibility and creativity. In addition to expected rooms, indoor spaces a screened-in porch with fireplace, a sleeping porch, and professionally designed home offices. Outdoor spaces include patios with BBQ and green egg, a firepit surrounded by lush native landscaping, a unique two-story fort surrounded entirely by a bamboo forest, and a variety of children's play areas and sports areas, such as a trampoline, basketball court, foosball table, and ping pong table. There is a small flock of resident chickens and a modern coop that can be used for filming. Situated on more than an acre of lush native Texas landscaping and a bamboo forest, it is a private oasis in the middle of the city, and all scenes have complete privacy from adjacent properties. It was a beautiful house and I found it perfect for our photo shoot. We used both, the rooms and the yard, so as to get as many different shots as we could. The lighting was great and so was the vibe of this place. The house wa spacious enough for our wardrobe department's setup. Jules was very accomodating and helpful throughout. Will love to book again!

The best thing about Jules' house was that it was naturally lit. I did not have to go out of my way to adjust lighting for the video interview. Honestly , it was so conveniet. The house was beautifully furnished and made for a great set for the interview. Jules was very helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. Thank you!

This studio made for an ideal location to shoot my short film. It was beautiful and had natural light coming in, which was just great for me. The interior was very aesthetic and also looked good on camera. The host was very communicative throughout the booking process. Overall, I had an amazing experience filming here!
