A live music listening room with fully built in AV capabilities for presentations, live streaming, recording video and audio, with onsite recording engineer. Prices include all capabilities. Great for concerts, recordings, seminars, meetings, product launches, and more. Space works with audience (up to 80) and without audience. Used extensively for auditions and competitions. Standup comedy. Has warm acoustic with low reverb, ideal for recording voice and acoustic instruments.
