Complete with a high-quality projector, it transforms into a dynamic canvas for visual storytelling. Here, creativity meets comfort, making it the ideal setting for events that demand both elegance and a personal touch. Base rate includes one audio engineer with music playback. Add-ons available to accommodate live performances and custom lighting design. **Although you may book the space for any time (days, evenings, weekends, late nights) we are only in our office to coordinate and accept bookings Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. **For all bookings please add an additional 30 minutes for set up and 30 minutes for clean up to the amount of hours you would like to be in the space. Additional time may need to be added for set up/clean up if you would like to have live performances, catering, large groups etc. The Studio is a large, multi-functional space that is equipped for: - Video Production (bands and artists, educational, and corporate videos) - Audio Production (streaming, podcasts, album recording) - Intimate Shows and House Concerts - CD Release Parties - Band Rehearsals - Photography THE SPACE - Separate entry area with small table and seating for 7 people. - Waiting area with seating for 5 people. - 2 bathrooms - Lounge area with seating for 6 people. - Stage area with lighting, projection screen, standing space for up to 65 and seating for 15.
