This is a versatile industrial video production and photography space in Brooklyn's favorite neighborhood - Red Hook. This listing is for Studio A only. This includes 900 sq ft. of shootable space and access to the upstairs bathroom and the kitchenette. The room consists of white-painted exposed brick, concrete floors, and a set of windowed 10' double doors. There are 2 skylights that can be covered for light control, or utilized for natural lighting. This space is perfect for video production, photography, holding, music, and lecture events as well as gallery events. *Any and all set up and tear down times must be included in the rental. Please be sure to request a time slot based on all your needs. Street Parking is available and a load in space can be secured by request.
