She was prompt in her replies, very kind and fun to work with. The house and the pool are beautiful and I would definitely recommend both her as a host and the house as a location!

***WE ARE ONLY ALLOWING outdoor/poolside production with the use of our garage and driveway as of 8/16/2021 until we have gotten over the Delta variant hump here in Los Angeles.*** Lush poolside Studio City home built in 1942, offering a variety of textures and colors on walls with two fireplaces and convenient street/trailer parking nearby in a neighborhood that's used to seeing production crews everywhere. *MOST* VISIBLE WALL DECOR/ART IS CLEARED . Our pool has been depicted as the one Pablo Escobar drowned a waiter in for stealing silverware on Netflix, a 24kGoldn music video and a Vogue Magazine underwater fashion shoot. You've seen our house on The Closer, Unusual Suspects and The First 48. One fireplace is rustic exposed brick, another is painted with a proper mantel. Family room has original wood paneling that was sandblasted in the 90s for a textured wood background. Pillows and afghans can easily change the look of the furniture. Giant pool is fringed by banana trees, jasmine and giant birds of paradise. We offer our property to professional film crews only. FILM LA permits and insurance required. Sorry, we do not offer discounts to student or not-for-profit projects. Repeated requests for discounts, off-platform booking or requests to film without permits will result in immediate rejection of your booking request.
