About the Space

This property has been used for private events and professional commercial shoots. A Three-story home – includes finished basement – on 1-acre of property located on a quiet cul-de-sac and back of home is completely surrounded by forest. French-country style design with Victorian accents including a wrap-around front porch that is completely outfitted with outdoor ceiling fans and porch furniture. The home consists of 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, bonus room, modern kitchen, family room, study, semi-formal dining room and a 2-car side entry garage. The master bathroom is professionally designed with marble floors and tile throughout. The dining room includes a working stand-up piano. There is ample parking on the entire street as well as a well-kept, lighted neighborhood parking lot less than ¼ mile from the home. The home interior has hardwood for the main and basement floors with a mix of hardwood and carpet on the 3rd floor. Wall coverings are a mix of paint and wallpaper with high accent-colored ceilings and crown molding, and extra wide decorative baseboards on the main floor. Behind the cabana, there is a secret garden with lined, crushed granite walking paths throughout with both planted and natural landscaping. In the middle of the garden is a lined children's play area with black rubber mulch and a wood fort and swing set. The back gate leads to another ¼ acre area of the property which flows into a natural forested area. There is wired overhead Edison-bulb lighting throughout the back area that can be controlled remotely and easily reconfigured or removed.
