Everything is included for a long stay, with multiple dining and working areas, plenty of storage space, and a complete kitchen that has every gadget and dish you could imagine. This rental space is on the second floor of a large mansion, and it consists of the entire floor- front to back. There are two massive bedrooms, both with seating areas and both with a workspace. There is a luxurious marble bathroom in between both suites and a large closet. Our spaces are filled with real antiques and artwork, as well as period correct wallcovering so you will feel like a true Creole statemen perched up in your luxury townhouse above all the action. The Bourbon facing "gallery" (or terrace) has an outdoor dining area and some comfortable seating where you can sit day or night to watch the comings and goings on the most famous street here. We do have access to a parking space which may be available for you to rent if no previous renter has claimed it-please inquire with us. You can also park a bike, moped, or scooter inside the common area of the property if needed. Bi-weekly housekeeping is available for a fee. The main entry gate is shared between four units. Your unit is the second unit and the only one on the second floor. There is a shared courtyard in back for your use with plenty of outdoor seating as well as a shared laundry room, which you can use free of charge at anytime. There is one flight of stairs up to this unit, so you must be able to climb stairs to stay here. If you are sensitive to noise, people, smells, and general commotion then this is not for you. This is an active and busy part of town, especially on the weekends
