About the Space

Our many private trails extend through 500 acres of our private land, where you will see miles of stone walls, fields and forest, streams and ponds, old foundations and a chapel we have recently built out in a beautiful field which overlooks the ski mountains of Vermont. Our long gated driveway goes past 1st pond, a post and beam sugar house with fireplace, winds up to 3 story charming rustic house and barns, circular driveway goes around corral which has been used as helicopter landing pad in past. We enjoy beautiful westerly views with magnificent sunsets, often sitting by the fire on the patio. Main barn has 6 stalls and running water and electricity as well as an upstairs. Separate barn/workshop/garage houses the snowmobiles and tools. Garden has several levels of planting beds. Tractors, Polaris vehicle and snow throwing tractor as well. South-western New Hampshire, 7 miles from VT border, about 50 mins from Stratton Mountain and 1 hr 15 min from Killington. 2 hours from Albany, 2 hours from Boston, 3 hours from Portland Maine.
