This space is set with a constant spotlight that can be customized for close up shots or can be moved to a farther distance for a wide shot. With prop chairs, director chairs, and white boxes one can customize this set up for many variety of photoshoots & video productions. This space includes a green screen area and a simple pink room with a large vanity mirror available for filming. Free onsite parking, Free street parking, Nearby parking lot The parking lot is big enough to fit hundreds of vehicles. There is more than enough parking for any size production. Absolutely no smoking allowed inside the building. Loud music is allowed.Alcohol is allowed Outside food is allowed in the lobby. Please do not bring food into the sets All ages are allowed in the space Security cameras and recording devices There are cameras in the entrance and around the studio sets for your safety.
