Main floor features include 11' high ceilings, extra tall windows, a study/office where an antique piano sits, French doors, vintage lighting, wood floors and a recently renovated, almost midcentury-esque chef's kitchen. Upstairs there are three super large bedrooms, one of which can be entirely dedicated to hair, makeup and/or wardrobe. Three (non-working) fireplaces add the exact charm and distinction you want in an old house. The large back patio is covered and has more than enough space for Craft Services, staging, etc. Half of the garage fits one car and the other half is a recording studio. Owners recently relocated from Los Angeles and are very used to having film crews in their home.
