Welcome to Great Gatsby Apartment! This is a residential apartment in Somerville [Union Square] that has been re-designed into a 1920’s themed place to work, rest and party. Great Gatsby themed Living Room Industrial Pirate Den themed Basement Backdoor saloon style Kitchen 2 full bathrooms =================== Great Gatsby themed Living Room - can fit 12-14 seated with an assortment of living room chairs, couch, ottomans, bar stools etc. Large dining table included but can be removed if desired to create more room. Can fit up to 17 combination seated/standing with the large table removed. Features Victorian and Oriental style furniture and decor such as royal blue velvet curtains, deep blush red walls, multi-tiered chandelier and gold accents. Industrial Pirate Den themed Basement - can fit 12 seated with an assortment of futon, bar stools, wall bench seats. Can fit up to 20 combination seated/standing. Features highlights such as a treasure chest coffee table, pirate steering wheel and rope decor, swords meant for swashbuckling, and wooden minibar. Includes 32 inch TV with HDMI cable. We have indoor AC units and as we are on the first floor, if you open the windows, small bugs still find their way in despite our strong window screens. Please note that depending on the nature/size of your event and whether you have event insurance, I reserve the right to ask for a security deposit starting at $100. Provided there are no damages to the space, the deposit would then be returned to you approx 72 hours after the end of the booking.
