Spanish Style with Pool Tropical Gardens & Patio Doubles as Cafe Restaurant 1920’s Hollywood/California Spanish style with pool, tropical gardens, palms, balcony over looking pool. High walls surround gardens and pool for privacy. Separate shaded patio that doubles for café restaurant. A separate guest house /pool house can shoot or use for makeup. Separate entrance to basement bedroom from pool. 2800 sqft, 4 bedroom/ 3 bath house, Spanish style living room with fire place and wood beam ceiling. Patio balcony covered with bougainvillea overlooking the pool. 1970’s tiled open kitchen. Infrared sauna. Steps lead down to a good sized basement which is also open to large space under the house. Also spooky shed leads to under house space. Ornate wrought iron gates. Long driveway leading to large wooden gates and lined with lush tropical plants. This house is mostly suited to outdoor shoots but inside may be filmed and used for makeup and production. Inside looks lived in because it is, so if you want that look for a film that's ok but that's why I say mostly good for outside. Lots of street parking. One block from a public park for lots of extra parking. A separate covered patio makes a great outdoor café/restaurant.
