About the Space

Located on the 4th floor of a historic industrial walk up building, this beautiful (AIR CONDITIONED) warehouse space with exposed whitewashed bricks and tons of all-day, natural-light from the north facing windows, is perfect for creative projects. Although our 1,000 sq ft studio space has very generous amounts of natural light, we also have a wide range of professional lighting equipment included for FREE in the booking rate! Backdrops are free to use if not stepped on and only used as a backdrop. If you intend to unroll the backdrop and have a subject stand on it, you must purchase a "pull" of paper for $12. You will be provided with 2 access codes that will allow you to gain access to the studio. The first code will allow you to gain entry into the building. The second code will allow you to gain entry into the studio space. These codes will only work during your scheduled booking times.
