Our spacious, 8,000 square foot gym has 3,000 square feet of premium mat space, a professional-size boxing ring, plenty of fitness equipment, and ample, free on-site parking making it a perfect spot for any anyone looking for a flexible space to hold classes, create art, or host an unforgettable event in the heart of Fremont and Ballard. This space is perfect for: * Film and photography shoots thanks to our high ceilings, open layout, and white walls * Yoga & Pilates Instructors looking for a serene, professional setting * ​BJJ & Grappling Arts needing high-quality, clean mat space * ​Personal Trainers (Full fitness equipment included!) * ​Partner Training: Practice martial arts or combat sports with a partner * ​Dance or Movement Workshops * ​Temporary/Pop-up Training Events ​We welcome all arts that do not conflict with our Muay Thai/Boxing schedule. Our capacity can also be over 100 people depending on the activity.
