We are Mayo Studios. Our daylight-filled, 20,000 sq. ft. photo and video production facility is optimized for large-scale commercial productions, with an in-studio House Set that offers the look of location with the controls of a studio environment. Our versatile space is available for Photo Shoots, Video Shoots, Product Shoots, Commercial Shoots, Promotional Photoshoots, and much more. Please reach out with any questions. We'll help you meet your needs! ***PLEASE NOTE: our studio has a large open floor plan, and we will need to identify the space your production requires. This may affect studio availability and rates.*** AMENITIES Our studio is highly flexible and offers solutions for a wide range of production requirements: 8,500 sq ft shooting space 14-foot ceiling height Standing House set (additional fee) Custom set builds available (with advance notice, additional fee) Set pieces + backdrops, including painted walls (additional fee) 3–Phase 300 AMP power North and East Exposure, Blackout capable Private client conference room Mobile wardrobe area Pressing tables & tailoring area with steamers Folding tables, chairs, ladders Dedicated freight elevator with 24/7 access Fully-equipped kitchen Private restrooms In-House furniture & prop collection Wi-Fi EQ Rentals -- STUDIO RULES GENERAL We ask that you leave the space in the same condition as you found it. Please allow for time in your booking to include load-in and load-out. We have a dedicated freight elevator with direct access to our space and loading dock. All equipment must be removed during the booking window, unless other arrangements are made in advance. No open flames. No smoking is permitted on site. Please note that the starting rate for studio rental is $300 /hr. Additional fee may apply depending on use of sets, size of studio footprint required and use of expendables, etc. SETS Please note: No outside sets are permitted. Our in-house Set Build team will assist with any set requirements and we can build your set prior to your booking. Note: Additional fees apply for custom set builds and for use of our standing House Set. PROPS & FURNITURE RENTAL Use of in-house furniture and prop collection is included in the booking fee. Outside prop rental is permitted as well. Outside catering is permitted. Outside equipment rental is permitted.
