Backyard rental ONLY, no in house access. Backyard includes a spacious sparkling pool with a water fountain and pool side beds, umbrellas, and tables. As well as weather resistant curtains attached to the awnings in the covered patio area and two propane patio heaters with a grassy play area to the side which also includes a BBQ area. Outdoor refrigerator and JBL speaker available (jbl is not wireless). Large ping pong table for guests to enjoy as well as a dining space! an accessible bathroom from the backyard is available for guests to use and the space can fit up to 60 guests. Rules: Loud music to be turned lower past 11 pm! Disclaimer: by agreeing to these terms, you are absolving the house owner from any and all liability stemming from actions unrelated to defects in the house. This includes but is not limited to: driving while intoxicated, pool related accidents/injuries, etc... Home owner is not responsible or liable to an injuries/accidents occurring during and after the time of the rental.
