About the Space

Backyard rental ONLY, Backyard includes a spacious sparkling pool with a water fountain and pool side beds, umbrellas, and tables as well as weather resistant curtains attached to the awnings in the covered patio area and two propane patio heaters with a grassy play area to the side, which also includes a BBQ area and Outdoor refrigerator. Large ping pong table for guests to enjoy as well as a dining space! An accessible bathroom from the backyard is available for guests to use and the space can fit up to 50 guests. Rules: Loud music to be turned lower past 11 pm! Disclaimer: by agreeing to these terms, you are absolving the house owner from any and all liability stemming from actions unrelated to defects in the house. This includes but is not limited to: driving while intoxicated, pool related accidents/injuries, etc... Home owner is not responsible or liable to an injuries/accidents occurring during and after the time of the rental. Folding chair and tables available upon request at no extra charge.

    We really enjoy spending time at Forouzan's place. She's a great host, was very helpful, communication was easy and she always replied right away. Location has a lot of seating place for all the guests, super cozy, fringe was super helpful during hot day. In the evening the backyard has a very nice lightning. All the picture are very accurate, it's even better in person. Pool was very clean and water temperature perfect. Ping pong table is a very nice addition, will keep your guest occupied. I would definitely come back and highly recommend doing your event @ Forouzan's place.
