Our studio is a newly renovated 3,500 square foot open loft space in the heart of Manhattan that provides photographers and videographers studio rentals suited for photoshoots, filmmaking, hosting meetings, receptions, podcasts, pop-ups, gallery events, auditions/interviews, and more. The studio is equipped to host a variety of events, offering various equipment rentals, and will work to ensure your project runs smoothly. Illuminated by a wall of large south-facing windows, the studio features high ceilings and may accommodate up to 80 guests. Whether you are looking to host an event for a few hours or shoot content over multiple days, this studio can meet your space rental needs.     Yoni was so easy to work with, answered all my questions ahead of time. He helped make our Celebrations of Life for our friend a lovely experience. He was onsite before, during,cand after the event to answer questions and provide info. If you are looking for an artsy space for your event or photo shoot, you should definitely book this space.

    We had a gentleman by the name of Phil take care of us. He was helpful but not the friendliest. Overall, we were pleased with the space and our private reception with about 50-60 guests went very well.
