This location combines flexibility, beauty, and functionality, making it the perfect setting for a wide range of projects. ADDITIONAL SHOOT LOCATIONS ON 1 LOT: A total of 3 distinct locations on a single lot allow for a variety of moods and backdrops without the need to relocate trucks, gear, or cast. Links to these spaces are provided below. For productions interested in using more than one of our spaces, we’re happy to arrange a bundled booking to give you full creative flexibility. MAIN HOUSE: Clean, Modern Mediterranean, and serene BOHO TINY HOUSE: A whimsical, storybook-style tiny house PARKING: We’re happy to clear the driveway to facilitate van and equipment unloading. There is plenty of street parking as well. COMPLIMENTARY: We have tables and chairs and wardrobe rack at no extra cost if that's of interest.
