Demo Room is a 16,000 sq ft waterfront venue in Toronto built for large-scale productions, brand activations, and fully customizable events. High ceilings and an open modular floor plan give brands and creators a flexible canvas for immersive environments that match their narrative. The industrial design, exposed beams and neutral walls, is intentionally adaptable, so the space transforms to fit any concept. From branded installations and interactive zones to stage builds, photo backdrops, and multi-room experiences, the layout supports multiple setups at once, enabling parallel activations, content stations, and event areas under one roof. One in-house team runs the space, AV, and production, so you coordinate a single partner instead of five. Onsite bar and preferred catering list, video walls and lighting built for brand and sponsor content, certified rigging, 600A power, and drive-in loading docks. Ideal for launch parties, brand experiences, pop-up shops, workshops, panel talks, live performances, conferences, corporate events, film shoots, and photography. Staff were super friendly! Due to the construction we were unsure how to get to the studio’s parking lot but the staff were very accommodating.

The booking process for this venue was incredibly easy and seamless from start to finish. The staff were truly incredible to work with—they were professional, helpful, and went above and beyond to accommodate a last-minute date change for us. As for the space itself, it was exactly as expected and looked just like the photos provided. It’s always a relief when a venue lives up to the online representation! I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a great space with a supportive team.
