About the Space

Whiskey distillery, tasting room, music venue, and event space located in a former leather tannery and industrial complex just west of the Chicago River in the Avondale neighborhood. The 1800-sq-ft primary room features high ceilings with large north-facing windows. The rustic-yet-elegantly designed space features exposed brick walls, heavy timber ceilings, and reclaimed wood details throughout. A functioning bar in the center of the room includes a minimal custom-made, locally grown, white-oak bar atop reclaimed steel fire doors. Steel shelving adorned with bottles and vintage glassware anchor the custom sound system and modern granite backbar. The space is an inviting and picturesque location for photo- and video-shoots, private events, and unique corporate or creative experiences. Additional lab-like distilling production room with working copper and stainless steel equipment and barrel storage room available upon request.
