This bright & open residential space is perfect for all your production needs! Photoshoots, film production, casting, interior shoots, magazine shoots, documentaries, and hosting interviews are all activities that work well here. The residential space has an open floor plan, wood floors, white walls with a flexible layout. This space is near the corner of Ella and 19th, inside the 610 Loop on the edge of the Houston Heights. Just a short drive away from Downtown, Montrose, the Galleria, and the Museum District. This home has been renovated and restructured with 12ft plus ceilings and open spaces while keeping the original vintage home structure. You'll find a brick exterior, large windows with views of the swimming pool. Around 15 people can comfortably work within the space. Smoking, alcohol, and pets are not allowed. Cooking is not allowed unless special permission is given. Furniture may be moved or rearranged, with permission, but must be put back in its original location at the end of the event.
