Very spacious private backyard with large pool, great for hosting, filming, etc. No visible neighbors, tall trees for privacy and shade. Gradient pool and attached jacuzzi. Spacious enough to fit over 80 people for events. Located right off of Ventura Blvd. Ample parking in the driveway of at least 4-5 cars, with direct access to backyard from the sides of the house. Spacious for catering and vendors.
