The home sits on an acre lot in a community where all homes sit on 1/2 to 1 full acre lots. The main house, backyard, and casita otherwise known as the “compound” is surrounded by the extra dirt land of the property. Please note that the casita is not being offered as part of this offer. You’ll have access to the main house, backyard, and the massive dirt lot surrounding the compound. Use of bathrooms for a crew of 15 people or less is allowed. Porta potties are required for larger groups above 15. This property is located 3 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes to the Strip. The neighborhood is very quiet and the only noise you may hear is roosters owned by some neighbors.
