About the Space

We're located in Industry City. It is 1000 sqft, has 13-foot ceilings, and has north-facing windows. You will be provided instructions on accessing the studio hallway entrance and the code to retrieve the studio key and access card. All light stands, flag kits, grips, sandbags, V-flats, and backdrops are free to use with your studio rental. However, there is a $12 fee per seamless pull/color when background paper is pulled to the ground and stepped on. This grants our clients access to a more extensive inventory of lighting and grip, including higher-end cinema cameras. We can also handle the pick-ups and drop-offs on your behalf. The studio includes the following amenities: - Accessible By Train: 36th St Station - D Train (Close to Atlantic Av-Barclays Ctr: B/D/N/Q/R/2/3/4/5/LIRR) - Affordable Paid Parking - Campus Security: 24/7 with Security Guards and CCTV surveillance. - Freight Elevator Access: 24/7 (Weeknights and Weekends require advance notice and additional fees) - Handicap Accessible - Multiple Loading Docks - Oversized Passenger Elevator: 24/7 - Sound-proof Windows **Security Notice: The studio is under video surveillance for security, insurance, and dispute purposes (it can/will be used for dispute resolution ONLY). We check in periodically to ensure everything is up-to-date and guests abide by the rules. Future additions to the studio will include a voice-over/dialogue recording booth and a breakdown podcast set.
