Speak-easy style bar with the ability to accommodate cigar smoking. Full liquor selection, craft cocktails, and high end air filtration system. Come enjoy a variety of cigars at your next private event! While Federal Cigar has been located in the town of Dover since 2008, we recently moved to a new location where we designed everything to show off our cigars perfectly. We have spacious humidors stocked with the best cigar brands in the world and a full line of pipes, tobacco and accessories. Our Dover store has everything to satisfy the tobacco enthusiast.
