Welcome to our modern contemporary 1440 sqft space in the Short North Columbus. An abundance of natural light pours from stunning windows that look out onto High St. Enjoy comfortable lounge seating, a large community kitchen island, dining nook, and convenient parking. Guests have access to all areas which includes: an open concept of the living space leading into the kitchen/dining area, two bedrooms (one which is transformed as an office), two bathrooms, and a balcony. High ceilings and original artwork throughout. This private event & production space is perfect for film/photo shoots, entertaining cocktail parties, baby & bridal showers, pre-wedding, networking events, and small seminars. Small production examples include films, TV series, web series (youtube), reality shows, cooking courses, interviews, music videos, documentary films, promotional and product launch photo shoots, fashion/apparel, catalogs, and motion capture productions. Furniture can be moved to make additional space for complex camera and lighting setups. 2 white pedestals (pictured) are available for showcasing product, displaying event material, etc. We’re also proud to offer an in-house European Doberman model, professionally trained and friendly. OVERTIME - Booked hours must include load-in/load-out, set up, and tear-down. Overtime fees are charged at 1.5x rate and will apply in 30 minute increments. 2. Posted rates reflect tier pricing based on production crew size/event guest size/attendees determined by the client. Production crew size/event guest size/attendees for the booking includes all persons in the space, including crew, talent, guests, staff, vendors, etc. If the total number of people present exceeds the booked capacity, the difference for the correct tier pricing rate for the entire booking will apply with penalties. *All bookings requested the day before the booking start date without prior discussion and coordination are subject to higher rates.* 3. SCOUTING/VISITS - One (1) initial scout/visit may be arranged out of courtesy prior to the booking. 4. NOISE - We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a reasonable level. 5. DAMAGE - Accidents happen, but we do require that all guests inform us if anything is damaged during their use. A walk-through is required before and after all bookings.
