About the Space
Hi good afternoon my name is Ronald Blodgett. I am a 399 teamster and I’m looking to list my home for filming purposes. I have done about $200,000 of work on my home in the last few years. I’ve done the front and backyard and artificial turf. The backyard actually has a putting green. I’ve also added a patio cover on my back patio which is a permanent structure as well as a barbecue island. The front yard has had the driveway done in pavers as well as added a 30‘ x 7‘ country style front porch stucco the house redid all the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Most of the rooms have wide open spaces, including the family room, living room, and the master bedroom and bathroom. I feel it is a very unique property for the area Im in and I think it would do very well in the movie industry. Hopefully you will agree. Thank you so much.
