The room features an 8-person sauna and a 4-person cold plunge, both professional-grade and built to the same standard trusted by elite athletes for recovery and performance work. Cushioned mat flooring runs throughout the entire space, creating a soft, supportive surface underfoot for yoga, mobility work, breathwork, or floor-based movement of any kind. For strength-focused sessions, the room is equipped with a Rogue squat rack and a full range of free weights, making it just as suited to a strength and conditioning class as it is to a restorative flow. A built-in speaker system rounds out the space, ready for guided sessions, music-driven classes, or ambient sound for meditation and recovery work.
