About the Space

Originally established in 2002, renowned as the largest equestrian facility in Franklin County—and one of the largest in Central Ohio—it quickly became a destination for horse lovers around the world. The venue hosted prestigious horse shows, clinics, auctions, and Friesian horse inspections, drawing international attention. But the vision didn’t stop there. The owner dreamed of transforming this beloved equine haven into a place that could be appreciated by more than just horse enthusiasts. She envisioned a serene, versatile events center—one that retained the soul of a horse farm, but offered an extraordinary backdrop for all types of special events. Over the course of more than seven years, this vision became reality. Today, guests can still feel the heart of the original horse farm, yet they’re greeted with the elegance, uniqueness, and charm of a top-tier events venue. Imagine strolling through a recreated Old Western town, complete with authentic structures and whimsical photo ops. From a real stagecoach and chuck wagon to a Snake Oil Salesman Buggy (complete with the salesman himself), visitors are whisked back in time—into the Wild, Wild West. Our Venue Spanning approximately 48 beautifully wooded and scenic acres, our property features two serene ponds, thousands of feet of classic white four-rail vinyl fencing, and approximately 42,000 square feet of indoor entertainment space—plus extensive outdoor areas perfect for gatherings under the open sky. Security and guest comfort are paramount. The venue is gated, with ample surveillance throughout the grounds and buildings. Upon request, we offer security patrols, valet service, and parking attendants to enhance your event experience. We are fully equipped and permitted to host events with up to 1,888 guests indoors, while also offering more intimate settings for smaller, private occasions. We have multiple indoor locations with a wide variety as well. The first is our fully furnished lounge space with fireplaces and several cozy setups. We also have created an Old West Town that is a true replicant of the 1800s Wild West. Filled with artifacts and history, the town has several storefronts including a general store, post office, jail, saloon, and more. The town also has a stagecoach, snake oil buggy, controllable indoor lighting (the sky can be day or night!) and more. The next location, the connection, hosts our bridal and groom suites, pool tables, kitchen, TVs, and is fully decorated and furnished. Finally, we have our grand ballroom equipped to hold 1,600 guests with custom light fixtures, fireplaces, furniture, decor, and our grand bar. We have several outdoor pastures for rent as well that all vary in size and picturesque opportunities. Among our outdoor space you will find a gazebo, two ponds with fountains, horse barns, miles of white fencing, and an 1800s replica wedding chapel.
