This location is a beautiful spot to shoot, great light and plenty of space for equipment and versatility. Keith couldn’t have been more helpful and easy going with the booking process and allowing us to fully take over his space on the day of the shoot. He was prompt in responding and super flexible with timing to help us really get our production done right. The house location is great near restaurants, stores and made it easy for quick errands. Sensationally recreated two-story craftsman home located just south of Hancock Park. Open floor plan. Lots of light (and nice blinds), bright, extensively remodeled with a mix of traditional craftsman home exterior and stylish modern interior. It is impeccably furnished from a designers eye and budget including Restoration Hardware, CB2, Pottery Barn. This resort like house with open spaces, a relaxing vibe, and natural colors, light will provide the much-needed inspiration or relaxation needed. This charming home includes: First floor -- a chefs kitchen with Viking appliances, an impeccable living room that is bright and airy, a lovely dining area, dedicated TV room, 1/2 bath, fireplace (decretive), plants, pristine floors and cabinetry. Second floor -- 3 spacious bedrooms (one of which is currently set as an office). 2 full bathrooms and a private enclosed balcony that overlooks the backyard from master bedroom. The master bedroom has an elegant freestanding tub, complemented with clear glass rain shower. There is abundant closet space throughout the house. The back of house has a half desert / half grass landscaped style garden for creative inspiration and good size lawn for recreation. The original barn style garage has been converted into a usable, air conditioned den / party room / outside gym. Basement is unfinished for a raw concrete shoot style or for storage during/between shoot days. The driveway can comfortably fit 7 cars, there is ample (no permit) street parking and a lot adjacent makes it easy to bring the masses.
