ABOUT THE SPACE: Located in Seattle's Sodo district, 1712 Studios is a modern industrial loft spanning two full floors and built for events, productions, and unforgettable experiences. 6,000+ square feet of open space with soaring ceilings, polished concrete floors, and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the room with natural light. Versatile, stylish, and ready for anything from an intimate private dinner to a full-scale production. We're available until 2am with a 4-hour minimum. Every booking includes 100 chairs, 6 tables, a professional sound system, DJ setup area, and a full bar with sink. Outside vendors welcome.
