This Savannah home was recently featured in a publication issue of 'This Old House.' Half the home was built in the 40's with dark brown paneling and tons of cabin charm where the new more modern addition was added in 2016 and includes a breakfast nook, sitting room and large master suite. The property sits on a half acre of private outdoor space featuring an outdoor shower and two additional buildings which include an artist studio and a guest cottage. A large live oak filled with Spanish moss is the focal point of the backyard and is enhanced by a relaxing swing and tropical plantings throughout.
