Half the home was built in the 40's with dark brown paneling and tons of cabin charm where the new more modern addition was added in 2016 and includes a breakfast nook, sitting room and large master suite. The property sits on a half acre of private outdoor space featuring an outdoor shower and two additional buildings which include an artist studio and a guest cottage. A large live oak filled with Spanish moss is the focal point of the backyard and is enhanced by a relaxing swing and tropical plantings throughout. The marsh is just two blocks down the street and the entire property oozes southern charm.
