About the Space
Well equipped and very quiet content studio with VIP green room, steamer, wardrobe rack, kitchen, gear closet, parking and 2 private bathrooms. Great for photo shoots and/or video shoots. We have a variety of 12' rolls of seamless (including green screen) and other backdrops available. It's great for portraits, product shots, video interviews and more. We have done shoots for tech companies, food shoots, portraits, product shots, etc. We are situated on the ground floor with easy load in. There are several great restaurants nearby along with a Mollie Stones grocery store less than 2 blocks away. 1400 sf includes shooting area (aprox 24'x28' plus), green room, kitchen, etc...
